House in Cannon Hill A new home built for a young family of six, sited next to a Poinciana tree near the top of a sloping suburban site in Cannon Hill. The layout is angled around the existing tree making a sheltered shady area to the South, while the front of the house is oriented for best views and aspect to the North-East. All rooms open both North and South for cross flow. The upper level overhangs outdoor living spaces at ground level and the bedrooms share a verandah space with folding screens for shade and privacy.
